A permanent stock of packaged cement at the Asia Cement plant is provided by two covered warehouses with a total capacity of 4,000 tons.
Bagging of cement is carried out on the automatic packaging line BEUMER (Germany), which is equipped with a weighing device to ensure the exact weight of bags.
Bags are placed on pallets by an automatic palletizer and covered with shrink wrap for the safety of packaging during storage and delivery.
The presence of our own warehouse of palletized cement allows us to ship pallets as quickly as possible: 5-10 minutes per car, 1-1.5 hours per railway car.
Euro trucks, open flatbed trailers, low-tonnage cars, covered railway wagons are used for delivery.
